5. WAYS OF SHIPMENT OF GOODS

Most products are dispatched within 3-5 working days by Courier.

• For purchases within Greece, shipping costs are Free for amounts over €60 and €4.10 for smaller amounts.

• For purchases outside Greece the cost is defined depending on the location. In this case we get in touch with you to inform you about it.

6. PRODUCTS DELIVERY

With the confirmation message of your order, we will inform you about the delivery time of your order, which depends on the shipping area of the products. Our orders are processed during working days and hours (Monday – Friday, 09: 00-18: 00). Our deliveries are performed according to the following commitment:

For deliveries within Thessaloniki within 2 working days from the moment we receive your order.

For deliveries to other regions of Greece within 3 working days from the moment we receive your order.

For deliveries outside Greece within 7 working days from the moment we receive your order.

7. RETURN PRODUCTS

Within 14 calendar days, from the day you received the product, you have the right to return it, at your own expense.

For the return of products, it is assumed that:

• the package or transport box has not been opened
• the product has not been used
• and no markings on the products have been removed and of course,
• they are in excellent condition, in the packaging and you have all the printed shipping documents that you received them with.

You can either request a replacement of the products you have chosen, with others of at least equal value or a refund.

If the transport box has been opened but the remaining conditions are met, then an exchange is made with a product of equal or greater value and no refund.
