RETURN POLICY – NU MODERN GREEK
Within 14 calendar days, from the day you received the product, you have the right to return it, at your own expense.
For the return of products, it is assumed that:
- the package or transport box has not been opened
- the product has not been used
- and no markings on the products have been removed and of course,
- they are in excellent condition, in the packaging and you have all the printed shipping documents that you received them with.
You can either request a replacement of the products you have chosen, with others of at least equal value or a refund.
If the transport box has been opened but the remaining conditions are met, then an exchange is made with a product of equal or greater value and no refund.
We take all the necessary measures so that you can receive the products without damage. However, in case you received a defective product, then the shipping and return costs are borne exclusively by numoderngreek.gr. Upon receipt of the returned product, we will send you the correct one immediately, after we confirm the new receipt by e-mail.
You can inform us immediately at e-mail: [email protected], notifying us of the problem. To return the defective or inappropriate size of the product it is necessary to pack it properly, so that it is protected during shipment, to place in the package you have made, a document in which you indicate your details in detail (name, surname, address , tk, telephone),the retail receipt you received, as well as the reason for the return of the product and finally send it through a transport company, although it would be better to do it through the courier agency from which you received your order, with the marking , in view of the Returns Department.
